Women's Network September Luncheon 2016

The world is diverse, our state, city and community are diverse. Does your business or organization reflect the diversity around you? How does your organization define diversity? Does it only define it in terms of race? What about ethnic orgin, age, religious affiliation and sexual preferences?

Join us as Kirk P. Perucca shares insight on Diversity in the Workplace. Listen to how you can value cultural and ethnic differences in your business and how it will reflect in your bottom line. You risk obsolescence if you aren't running an inclusiveadvanced organization. Diverse organizations create an atmosphere where all people can do their best work, where your clients are comfortable and invested in your organization. Diversity breeds trust and loyalty. Are those attributes that describe your business?

It's also time to clean out your closets! The Changing the Odds committee will be hosting a business clothing drive at the monthly luncheon on September 22. Please bring your gently used business attire, jewelry and shoes. Donations will be gifted to the Assistance League of Mid Missouri and Upscale Resale in preparation for the fall Changing the Odds Job Seminar that will be held October 15.

Advanced registration is appreciated. Online registration is $15 for Women's Network members and $18 for guests until Tuesday, September 20. Cost after the registration deadline and at the door will be $18 for Women's Network members and $21 for guests.
