How Full is your Bucket?
Interactions between people can affect their outlook, energy and fortitude. If the interaction is positive, a person's "bucket" will be filled. If the interaction is negative, a person's "bucket" will be diminished. People work most effectively and deal with stresses in life best when their bucket is full. Presenter Megan Martin with the University of Missouri will teach you six strategies for establishing positive relationships at work and in life. Once you learn these strategies, you will not only help those you work with, but you will help yourself as well.
Presenter: Megan Martin has worked for the University of Missouri for 28 years. The past 12 years she has been in Human Resources Training. She is now the Training/Development Coordinator for MU Extension Human Resources. She is a member of the local American Society for Training and Development Chapter and has served on its board. She has a bachelor’s in Recreation Programming and a master’s in Educational Psychology.
