Slowing Down to Get Ahead – Striving for a Balanced Life

“Time sure files when you’re having fun!”

That’s the age old adage, yet more and more people find themselves and their time flying by, but not reaping the rewards of the fun in the various aspects of their life. Speaker Debra Salz will present a dynamic and inspirational session developed to provide insights about our challenges of over-commitment, multi-tasks, and time restraints. Learn how to expose the right choices which will help you achieve happiness, balance, and success that is exclusively yours. Through the session’s thought provoking questions and humor, you will find laughter and the stamina to slow down to get ahead in your personal and professional life!

Strike a Balance - ONE HOUR BREAK-OUT SESSION

Let’s continue the discussion from earlier by providing solutions which YOU can begin to apply immediately through Debra’s facilitation. We will:

*Discuss why people feel they are more apt to strike out in their life rather than strike a balance – dissecting one’s typical day and dream day.

*Guide participants through a journey to better discover what their life looks like “topographically”; exposing the eight categories in everyone’s life.

*Assess our own level of satisfaction in each ‘life category’ and determine avenues of positive leverage to gain solutions of balance.

*Develop a Personal & Professional Action Plan to improve the balance in your life; immediately applying your chosen solutions from the session!

Advanced registration is appreciated. Online registration is $15 for members and $18 for guests until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16. Cost after the registration deadline and at the door will be $18 for members and $21 for guests.
