Presented by the Alzheimer's Association Greater Missouri Chapter
2020 and 2021 have been dominated by change – first the pivot into working from home and virtual meetings, masks and socially distancing, and now the shift back to “normal” life. Between change at work and in our personal lives, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and out of control. Organizational development consultant and trauma expert Renee Reed-Miller will encourage participants to reconfigure current conceptions of change through the lens of resilience and explore how to effectively weather and adjust amidst ongoing uncertainty.
About our speaker:
Renee Reed-Miller collaborates with public and private entities to educate, coach and design trauma-informed policies and procedures. She provides trainings for caring professionals on self-care, compassion fatigue, avoiding burnout, community-building and fostering agile personnel. Reed-Miller co-creates customized solutions in a global community, while honoring local contexts and customs.
