Generations in the Workplace - by Will Wooten and Paul Larimore
In this high energy, interactive presentation, you will explore the characteristics of each generation at work and be offered practical approaches to working more effectively with generational influences. Women’s Network members will interact in teams answering questions designed to draw out specific events, characteristics, sticking points, and situations relating to each generation and offer insight into working more effectively across the generations in the workplace.
You will take away the following:
- Acknowledge the impact of each generation in the workplace
- Appreciate the impact of each generation in the workplace
- Adapt to the 4 Generations in the workplace
Our presenters, Will Wooten and Paul Larimore, work for Shelter Insurance Companies. Will and Paul have worked for Shelter Insurance for 18 years and 12 years respectively. They brought their talent to the Corporate Training Department where they train members of Shelter’s sales force. Not only do they have passion and lots of energy, they focus on helping and developing others. Women’s Network members will feel their energy and see their passion resonate during February’s monthly luncheon program. Will and Paul are educating and entertaining, so join us for this fast-paced and informative session about generations.
Advance registration is appreciated. Online regisration is $15 for members and $18 for guests until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, February 16, 2016. Cost after the registartion deadline at the door will be $18 for members and $21 for guests. We hope to see you there!
