Mentorship can be a significant part of your overall career success, both early on in your career and even late in your professional life. A strong and trusted mentor is someone who can provide you a solid baseline of career support, someone who will keep you grounded, and someone who will help you remain self-aware throughout your entire career journey.

Join this roundtable discussion with the Women's Network Mentorship Program Co-Chairs, Wendy Moore and Misty Phillips. They'll be sharing insights on how to find a mentor, setting expectations for the mentoring process, and getting the most out of a mentor relationship. 

Leadership Development Roundtables are conversation forums featuring monthly professional development, personal development or social issue topics lead by community leaders. They are great opportunities to expand or build your knowledge on a topic while networking with fellow Columbia professionals.
