Small Business Week Seminar #3: Monarch Title Company, Inc.

Williams-Keepers LLC presents Small Business Week May 5-9. Activities include a series of FREE informative seminars presented by the five finalists for the 2014 Small Business of the Year award and a special luncheon to honor the finalists and award winner on May 9.

The third seminar will be Wednesday, May 7 at 11 a.m. at Monarch Title Company, Inc.

Monarch Title Company, Inc. will present on the topic titled, "Protecting Your Real Estate Investment."

The seminar will begin with a ribbon cutting by the Ambassadors and proceed into the presentation. Please join Monarch Title Company as we discuss what our business does to protect your real estate investment. Learn the difference between a lender’s policy and an owner’s policy, who pays for title insurance, what are the steps required during the title search and closing process. All your questions will be answered when you join us for a discussion about what we do to “protect your real estate investment”.
