Have you ever been in a meeting and thought, wow this could’ve been an email? Wonder how you can make your one-on-one meetings more effective? Then look no further. In this session we will discuss how you can use your power and some basic behavioral economics to have more productive, impactful meetings. 
 
Full Description of Presentation: 
small businesses have a lot on their plates. They do innovative, mind blowing work every single day. Too often their important work and amazing ideas get lost in translation and progress on critical issues is slowed. The major problem? Ineffective meetings that waste everyone's time, energy, and resources. It’s time to change that.
 
This presentation will present basic behavioral economic concepts and effective communication strategies so participants can better understand the foundations that every human comes to the table with. From there, we will present a highly effective framework for meetings that can be used whether you’re the lead or just a participant. It’s most useful for one-on-one meetings but can be used for group settings as well. 
 
Participants will leave understanding how to leverage their strengths and power to influence the outcomes of a meeting. This will help individuals have better meetings that can create faster, more powerful change in our communities.
