For more than 80 years, the Securities Division in the Office of the Secretary of State has been protecting Missouri investors from securities fraud and regulating the sale of securities. Today, the Securities Division remains committed to its mission of investor protection and education. The Investor Education Section works to develop and present a comprehensive education program that seeks to make Missouri investors wise, safe and informed.
