The Columbia Chamber of Commerce Education Committee would like to invite members interested in Project Intern to an informational seminar with experts from surrounding schools and colleges. The seminar will be set up to answer questions from forming internships to legality issues.
Speakers will include: Jake Fowler with Genesis Internships, LLC demoing the software and discussing analytics; Stacye Smith with Shelter Insurance Companies discussing how to structure an internship and train interns and Joe Newberry from Veterans United Home Loans on how to create an internship program.
The seminar will be held Tuesday, July 24 from 8-9:30 a.m. at the Chamber. A continental breakfast will be served.
