The Columbia Chamber of Commerce is partnering with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Workforce Freedom Initiative (WFI) for a luncheon to educate the business community on labor and employment issues that are relevant to them.  This will include labor policies at the state and federal levels as well as trends within organized labor and other related issues, such as the move for $15 minimum wage, expanded joint employer liability, union organizing and overtime rules.
