EPIC Spring Program 2012: Golf for Dummies
EPIC’s Golf for Dummies event at the Columbia Country Club will take place on Monday, April 9, 2012. This event will include two separate registrations: a Golf for Dummies etiquette seminar & lessons with a Pro, and a 9-hole scramble with a Chamber Board member or Ambassador in each foursome.
Schedule for the day:

12:00pm - Golfers arrive, networking and box lunch

12:30pm - Non-golfers arrive, networking

12:40pm - Begin seminar & lessons; split everyone in to three groups for stations: Driving Range Lessons, Putting Green Lessons, Golf Etiquette Seminar

1:15pm - Switch Stations

1:45pm - Switch Stations

2:15pm - Shotgun start for 9-hole scramble with cart; end of event for non-golfers

5:00pm - Meet back at the clubhouse to socialize
Registration for only the seminar and lessons is $15 (no lunch included) and will be from 12:30 - 2:15pm. All participants will receive a golf visor.
Registration for the seminar, lessons and 9-hole scramble is $55 and includes a box lunch, $50 gift card to Callaway Golf, hole-in-one contest to win a new car, golf visor, and chance to win other door prizes. Golfers will be paired in groups of four with three EPIC members and one Chamber Board member or Ambassador. This is a great opportunity to network and meet new EPIC members and established Chamber members!
You must pre-register for the 9-hole scramble, but walk-ins will be accepted for the seminar & lessons.
