EPIC Professional Development Lunch: Mental Health in the Workplace
Join EPIC as Beth Orns, MSW, LCSW, therapist at Brave Counseling and Wellness, speaks on the importance of mental health within the workplace. With more than 20 years of experience, Beth has worked with a variety of issues, including anxiety and perfectionism. During her everyday work, she helps others develop strategies that help them meet their personal goals. During the lunch, Beth will touch on managing mental health at work, what may contribute to work stressors and anxieties, and more. Attendees can expect to learn actionable ways on how to improve their mental health at their workplace.
Doors open at 11:30 a.m. for networking, with the program beginning at noon.
Registration is $10 for EPIC members and $15 for non-members. Online registration will close at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 9. After this date, attendees must register and pay at the door.
