What’s Your Style? Capturing Your Communication Potential
An effective leader acknowledges the importance of communicating effectively in order to provide information, listen to others, speak with respect and treat everyone equally in regard to the information they share. Knowing your communication style and how to identify and adapt to others’ styles enables you to become this effective leader. We hope you’ll attend this interactive session which will allow you the opportunity to identify your communication style, and give you time to learn and discuss how your style (and the generation you were born in) can be beneficial in meeting the communication needs of others.
