Join us for this engaging and interactive luncheon!  We are excited to welcome Kerry Goyette, the founder of Aperio Consulting Group, as she shares her insight on motivation and behavior.  These components are the basis for cultivating leadership skills.  Whether you are focused on leading a team or leading yourself in pursuit of individual goals, Kerry inspires you to become your best.  This will be our first EPIC Luncheon of the New Year—we look forward to seeing you there!

Kerry is the founder of Aperio Consulting Group, a consulting firm that helps teams and leaders function at their best.  Kerry takes a scientific approach to assessing the needs of organizations and implements research based strategies that get real results. 

Kerry is certified to administer a wide variety of cutting edge profiling tools, measuring engagement, motivation, attitude, mental ability, and emotional intelligence. She has consulted for organizations across the nation in a variety of industries including oil and gas, manufacturing, health care, financial services and high tech industries. In addition, she is a certified forensic interviewer with advanced training as an expert witness by the American Prosecutors Research Institute. Kerry holds her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia with post-graduate studies in neuroscience and psychometrics.  Kerry was recently elected to the MBA Advisory Board for the University of Missouri’s Trulaske College of Business.
