Financial Independence: A Women's Workshop for Success
The Women's Network Changing The Odds committee is hosting it's bi-annual seminar on Saturday, May 11 at the The First Baptist Church (location sponsor), from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The seminar is for women who are interested in gaining knowledge around, or improving, their financial wellness; the seminar includes community professionals that will help provide clarity and support around topics such as creating a budget, credit and banking, and navigating student scholarships and loans. Registration is free and includes breakfast, lunch, door prizes and resource bags supplied and supported by organizations across Columbia.
