She served as a senior consultant and executive coach for the FranklinCovey Company for 13 years. As one of the nation’s top speakers on leadership and effectiveness\, she’s led seminars for over 50\,000 people coast to coast. Before joining Franklin Covey\, she served as Director of Management and Leadership Education for Southwestern Bell\, now AT&T.
