DESCRIPTION:Leadership Columbia is an annual 6-month program of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce that identifies\, cultivates\, and motivates future community leaders. This informative and thought-provoking program introduces participants to the opportunities and challenges in our community and educates them about the Chamber's strategic initiatives.\n\nClass members are required to fully participate in the 13 program activities\, including an orientation\, retreat\, regular sessions\, and graduation day. Regular sessions involve a combination of panel discussions\, tours\, hands-on experiences\, one-on-one interactions with current community leaders\, and leadership building group activities designed to expose participants to the industry area covered in each session.
