We'll be joined by Sarah Catlin\, Executive Director\, and Lisa Franko\, Director of Youth Programs\, who will share more about the ways Access Arts serves our community and lead us in a hands-on art project. \n\n \n\nLisa and Sarah will guide you through the process of simple book binding to create your own personalized blank books. Materials will be provided to decorate books in any number of ways\, and each participant will leave with a handmade book ready to be filled with notes\, sketches\, recipes and more! \n\n \n\nBook-making has a long and rich history\, and it provides you with a beautifully decorated space to keep your thoughts and notes handy. Journaling and sketching are also proven ways to meditate and tap into your creative side!
