I am Zoe Hughley, a mortgage loan officer with Flat Branch Home Loans. I began my career in mortgage lending in 2012, getting federally and state licensed as a MLO in 2013. I am on a team within Flat Branch with another loan officer and an in-house processor, and with their help, I strive to be the best option for home financing in Columbia and surrounding areas. My goal is to always give my clients, and my Realtor partners, a sense of understanding of the process and to always keep them updated of the next step in the process. Working as a loan officer for a thriving, local company like Flat Branch is also extremely exciting, as our in-house processing, underwriting, and closing allow me to better serve my clients.
