Rescheduled: EPIC's April 2019 Lunching Outside the Box- Neuroscience of Change
Change can be difficult and hard to manage, but it's important to learn new skills, explore opportunities, and exercise creativity through new ideas and commitments. During this Lunching Outside the Box Brad Meyerhoff and Travis Fitzgerald, members of the Learning and Development team at Veterans United Home Loans, will dive deep into the emotions we experience during change and ways to successfully manage those changes so we can continue to grow personally and professionally. A few of the many topics we will explore include: change at work, the cycle of emotions you may experience as you go through change, your emotional response to change, and more!
Advance registration is appreciated. Online registration is $15 until 11:55 p.m. on May 27, 2019. After the pre-registration deadline attendees are able to pay at the door. The price at the door will be $20.

The Speakers:
Brad Meyerhoff works on the Learning and Development Team at Verterans United Home Loans. His primary goal is to create an environment where learners are encouraged to grow and feel empowered to create their own learning paths for personal and professional development.
Travis Fitzgerald is a Learning and Development Specialist for Veterans United Home Loans. He spends most of his time facilitating small team trainings and workshops, leading team building activities, and assisting with professional development programs. He also spends a decent amount of time managing the company's StrengthsFinder program. Recently, he's enjoyed devling deeper into eLearnings and education based website design.
